Never ask her rate. That's what her website is for. There's a number of reasons. So, just don't do it.
Let her lead the way. Worry about an activity list can kill the mood. Suppose you ask and don't hear what you want. Don't try to convince her. That will put you in the doghouse.
Don't overindulge on drugs or alcohol. If you get wasted and out of control, or better yet, pass out. Your date isn't obligated to babysit you
Protection is for everyone's safety. This should be a given, but you would be surprised. If she is willing or offers, I'd be very concerned for your health. If she is offering with you, then this is part of her routine. The majority of providers are going to be highly offended.
When something during the date makes you uncomfortable, say something. You shouldn't tolerate a situation. Good communication is the key to any solid relationship. Your time together should be mutually pleasurable
